Tony Leonard
Newton Upper Falls, MA – Elaine Construction Company announced the promotion of Tony Leonard to director of project management.
He joined the company in early 2019 as project executive, bringing with him decades of experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Along with directing the project management team and its activities, he will oversee the implementation of Lean methodology within the PM function.
