Currents on the Charles grand opening
Waltham, MA – Currents on the Charles, a 200-unit riverside luxury apartment community located at 36 River Street in Waltham, held its grand opening celebration recently featuring a summer solstice theme to recognize the development’s opening and ongoing success.In addition to members of the Hines development team, representatives of The Bozzuto Group, the property’s management firm, were in attendance to welcome guests, along with representatives of Cube 3 Architects and the project’s general contractor, Callahan, Inc.
Currents on the Charles has been experiencing strong activity since opening in January, with over 65% of the community currently leased.

Additionally, the community features a premier amenity package including a 10,000sf River Club, resort-style swimming pool, media lounge with Apple TV and wet bar, and outdoor kitchen with grilling stations.
