Methuen, MA – Peabody Properties announced that applications are now available through Nov. 27 for a new mixed-income housing community of 40 apartment homes at 254 Broadway.
Located in Methuen’s downtown area, the housing community offers a blend of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with modern conveniences and designer finishes.
Completed applications should be mailed to 254 Broadway Street, Methuen, MA and must be postmarked or delivered by Nov. 29. The lottery will be held virtually on Dec. 15, and additional details will be provided to applicants in advance of the lottery.
