Boston-based RE Investor Hires Two

Boston – Synergy, a real estate investor, operator, and manager, announced the addition of Patrick DiGregorio as senior vice president, property management and Brian Collins as executive vice president, head of asset management.

With over 30 years of experience, DiGregorio will oversee operational objectives for the Property Management and Building Engineering teams at Synergy.

DiGregorio’s real estate career spans more than three decades during which he was involved with all aspects of property management including oversight of daily operations, leasing, long-term capital planning and budgeting, and redevelopment. In his previous role as vice president of property management at Nordblom, DiGregorio was directly involved in the redevelopment, repositioning and leasing of several notable properties including Hood Park in Charlestown, Mass., as well as the headquarter redevelopment projects for The Boston Globe and Providence Journal.

With over two decades of institutional real estate investment management experience, Collins joined Synergy in January. In his new role, Collins will oversee the Asset Management and Leasing Teams responsible for Synergy’s Greater Boston portfolio.

Collins joins Synergy following his most recent role as senior vice president and asset manager at Clarion Partners where he oversaw a national portfolio of assets in both the office and life science sectors. Prior to Clarion Partners, he worked at The Davis Companies, where he held the position of vice president for asset management. He spent more than a decade with Long Wharf Capital where he built his career from an associate asset manager to the position of director for asset management.
