Waltham, MA – Benchmark Senior Living was selected as one of Boston’s Healthiest Employers of 2016 by the Boston Business Journal. The Healthiest Employer awards recognize organizations that are committed to creating a healthy workplace and who build health consciousness into the culture of their companies.

This award follows closely on the heels of The Boston Globe naming Benchmark an admired employer in its Top Places to Work ranking. The award praised the winners for “treating workers well, giving them a voice, and encouraging them to have some fun while they’re at it.” The Boston Globe’s honor is based on a survey of the people who know the company the best — the employees.

Benchmark Senior Living earned the Boston Business Journal’s Healthiest Employers award in 2014 and 2015, and the Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work in 2008 through 2015.
