Winners of NEAHMA Poster Contest

Braintree, MA — Peabody Properties, Inc. has announced the winners of the 2026 New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA) Poster Contest. This year, 19 entries were submitted from nine Peabody properties, with several advancing to the regional NEAHMA round and five moving on to the national NAHMA round of judging.

The contest, themed “Shaping Our Future: Building Stronger Communities Together,” was open to children, elderly, and special needs residents living in a NAHMA community. A panel of judges selected the winning entries in each category.

Asterisked names indicate those artists whose posters were submitted to NEAHMA for the regional round of judging; the five italicized entries indicate those sent to NAHMA for national judging.

The winners by category:

  • K-1:
    • *First Place: Melitza Urena Concepcion, Brownstone Apts. (1st place NEAHMA, advanced to NAHMA)
  • 4-6th:
    • *First Place: Fraditza Urena Concepcion, Brownstone Apts. (2nd place NEAHMA, advanced to NAHMA)
    • Second Place: Joniel Artache Velez, Saunders School Apts.
    • Third Place: Jason Hodgkins, Saunders School Apts.

  • 7th-9th:
    • *First Place: Tiffany Gunawan, Market Mill Apartments (3rd place NEAHMA, advanced to NAHMA)
