Boston – Perkins&Will announced that Jeff Zynda has been appointed to lead the firm’s global science and technology practice. He succeeds Ed Cordes, who served as practice leader for 11 years.
Zynda will collaborate with teams across 32 studios to set strategy, expand into emerging markets, and drive innovation. He joined Perkins&Will in 2015 and most recently served as the firm’s Northeast regional science and technology practice leader. Now in his firmwide role, he will support design teams globally as they respond to an industry shift toward applied sciences and engineering, and will ensure Perkins&Will continues to innovate in more traditional research and life science typologies.
