ReArch Construction Announces Executive Promotion and New VP of Preconstruction

South Burlington, VT – ReArch Construction has announced leadership changes that support the company’s continued growth in Vermont and New Hampshire and its expansion across northern New England.

Chris Huston has been promoted to executive vice president. In his expanded role, Huston will provide firm-wide strategic direction, focusing on preconstruction, business development, and organizational performance for the approximately 80-employee construction management firm. He will continue to support client engagement and project delivery. Huston has led ReArch’s preconstruction efforts for more than six years.

“Chris has been instrumental in helping ReArch grow in a thoughtful and sustainable way,” said John Illick, CEO and owner of ReArch Construction. “He leads by example, brings clarity to complex situations, and consistently raises the bar for how we serve our clients and support our teams.”

As part of this leadership transition, Kurt Naser has joined ReArch as vice president of preconstruction, effective April 20, 2026. He succeeds Huston in leading the company’s preconstruction team.

Naser brings experience in preconstruction management, cost estimating, and project planning, including conceptual budgeting, guaranteed maximum price development, value engineering, and constructability analysis. He was recognized as a Rising Star by Vermont Business Magazine in 2025.

“Kurt brings the kind of leadership that strengthens how we plan and deliver for clients across the Northeast,” Huston said.
