Somerville, MA – Assembly Row’s Phase 3, which began last fall, is completed.
The new local and national names that are expected to open this summer are Ten One Tea House, An Nam, Tatte Bakery & Café; Civility Social House, and Tribos Peri Peri. LaserAway, specializing in laser hair removal and aesthetic dermatology, and Bond Vet, Greater Boston’s first location of this pet wellness and urgent care clinic, are also expected to open.
American Eagle, Ashley Furniture, SweatHouz, Parla, Salt + Stone, Union Square Donuts, Juicygreens and Le Macaron are also soon to open. Miscela, a 500-unit apartment community, is currently leasing. Purple and SavMor Spirits are already open.
