Worcester, MA – Greenwood Industries, Inc., an architectural metal and commercial roofing contractor headquartered at 640 Lincoln Street, Worcester, announced the acquisition of Allied Restoration Corporation of East Hartford, Conn. The acquisition represents the combination of two award-winning roofing shops.
With the strength of both teams, the addition of the Hartford location and the collective construction experience across New England, this acquisition enables the Greenwood Industries conglomerate to broaden and deepen its project reach. The firm increased the number of trained, certified roofing professionals that Greenwood offers to the marketplace by 10%.
“We are pleased to welcome the Allied team to our force. This purchase marks another important development for Greenwood Industries,” said David Klein, Greenwood’s president, a fourth-generation roofer who founded the company in 1992.
