Providence, RI – Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc., a full-service engineering and construction company, has relocated its Providence office to 225 Dyer Street in the city’s Innovation and Design District.
The Providence office currently hosts a core group of staff with capacity to grow as Loureiro continues expanding its Rhode Island presence. The new space features bright lounges, stocked kitchens, and outdoor work areas, along with amenities such as a game room, podcast studio, bicycle storage, and access to a fitness center.
“Being part of the Innovation and Design District positions us right at the heart of Rhode Island’s growing business ecosystem,” said Stephanie A. Murphy, office and facilities manager. “The location connects us with other forward-thinking companies and institutions, giving us opportunities to collaborate, attract talent, and build stronger relationships across the region.”
Located near key clients, public agencies, and higher education institutions, the new office provides proximity that strengthens Loureiro’s ability to meet face-to-face, build partnerships, and remain engaged with organizations driving innovation in the state.
“The coworking model itself is a big differentiator,” added Murphy. “It gives our team access to shared amenities that support collaboration, flexibility, and work-life balance. It’s an environment that shows we’re committed to giving employees spaces that foster creativity and connection.”
