Brewster, MA – Wingate Living announced the acquisition of Wingate Residences at Pleasant Bay, a 59-apartment Independent and Assisted Living community located in Brewster.
Wingate is undertaking an extensive revitalization of the property and partnering with designer Elizabeth Markel of Markel Interiors to bring the vision for Wingate Residences at Pleasant Bay to life. The revitalization is designed to enhance the location while also ensuring residents remain in their homes throughout the process.
