Two Firms deliver advisory, project management, and design services for local startup companies

Boston – The Boston office of Cresa, a tenant-only commercial real estate firm, and TRIA, a partner-led architecture firm with a focus on science/technology and commercial organizations, recently announced that the two firms completed three new office projects for Boston-area companies: Folium Capital, Newton Scientific, and Sverica Capital Management. Cresa provided advisory and project management services and TRIA provided interior architecture and corporate design services for all three projects.
