Topping Off

Timberline Tops Off Two Chase Banks

An American flag and small evergreen tree were raised at two locations.

Woburn, MA – Two topping off ceremonies were held recently at new JPMorgan Chase Bank projects: one located in Woburn, Mass. and the other at Tuscan Village in Salem, N.H.

A signed beam with an American flag and small evergreen tree were raised at both locations, symbolizing the completion of the structural phases for both projects.

Timberline has partnered with JPMorgan Chase, JLL and Core State Group on these and similar new projects in Portsmouth, N.H. and Cranston, R.I.

The topping off signifies that the structural phase of the project is complete.

George Brouillette, senior project manager of Timberline, states, “These projects represent our continued, steadfast commitment to the project team and JPMorgan’s future growth. It has been a great experience to work with JPMorgan Chase, JLL, and Core State Group on this project.”
