RE Firm Wades into NIL Space with Boston College

Boston – Senné announced it is the first real estate firm in the Northeast to explore the Name, Image and Likeness (NIL)  space with elite college athletes, on the heels of the NCAA adjusting its rules on NIL in 2021.

Senné recently inked a deal with a star Boston College female athlete and the collaboration is kicking into full gear with the spring season beginning: Lacrosse player Belle Smith will serve as brand ambassador and her agreement includes social media content such as TikTok, incorporating Senné on both her own channels and the firm’s channels as well as brand marketing to her constituents. Senné is also working on some exclusive access opportunities, like a lacrosse clinic with Smith, and there is potential for in-person educational events about real estate in the coming year.

The founder of Senné, William “Billy “ Senné, is a Boston College alum and has remained an active part of the school’s community, often mentoring students who also want to pursue careers in business and real estate, as well as supporting Boston College athletics.

For the second academic year in a row, Senné has also renewed a broader relationship with Boston College Athletics, focusing on its values, core principles and commitment to both male and female athletes. As part of this sponsorship and Senné’s ongoing efforts to support the local community, Senné has been a sponsor of the football tailgate, and has visibility in BC Athletics marketing materials, social media, and on field and arena signage with its marketing campaign: “Real estate. Real results.” Senné is the Official Real Estate Partner of BC Athletics and will sponsor select BC Club networking events throughout 2023, as well.
