RE Firm to Manage Eight Fenway CDC Properties

Braintree, MA – Peabody Properties announced that it has assumed management of eight residential communities from the Fenway Community Development Corporation (Fenway CDC) multifamily portfolio. The eight communities have a combined total of 311 affordable housing and mixed-income units.

Fenway CDC, a 501c3 non-profit corporation, has provided affordable housing opportunities for low and moderate-income families and individuals since its 1973 incorporation. The corporation has on its own and in partnership with others developed more than 600 affordable homes, housing thousands of residents over the past four decades.

“Peabody Properties is excited to add these eight new communities in the vibrant and culturally diverse Fenway area of Boston to our managed portfolio,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and COO of Peabody Properties. “We look forward to meeting those who currently, and will in the future, call these communities their home.”
