Lynn, MA – The Procopio Companies announced that its Mosaic project in Lynn is now available for preleasing. The property, located at 75 Baldwin St., is the company’s newest multifamily and mixed-use project in Lynn.
The 6-story, 147,000sf building will offer both residential apartments and commercial mixed-use spaces. The apartments options are studio, one bedroom, and one bedroom plus den. All are equipped with high quality finishes such as vinyl tile flooring, quartz countertops, two-toned cabinetry, Frigidaire kitchen appliances, and in-unit Blomberg washers and dryers. Residents will also have access to amenities such as an activated courtyard with a pool, patio, and grilling area; a roof deck and rooftop lounge; a top floor club space; and designated private remote workspaces equipped specifically for video conferencing.
The company partnered with Peabody-based architecture firm DMS Design for the architectural design and with Boston-based CUBE 3 for interior design. Construction management is led by Dellbrook | JKS and property management and leasing are led by Greystar.
