New London Police Station Renovation Complete

North Branch Construction completes New London Police Station renovations.

New London, NH –  North Branch Construction of Concord has completed the fast-track renovation of the 14,287sf New London Police Station and Recreation Department.

The New London Police and Recreation Departments share occupancy of the Buker Building and Whipple Hall.  Whipple Hall was built in 1918 and is on the NH Registry of Historic Places. The Buker Building is an addition to Whipple Hall, built in 1985 and 2000.

The design/build project scope of work included upgrade of mechanical systems throughout the building and provided access to HVAC equipment in attic, repair of water infiltration at police entrance and sprinkler service entrance, and mold abatement and repairs.

Throughout the two and a half month construction schedule, the building remained occupied and fully operational, including the dispatch center for New London and five surrounding communities.
