Bloomfield, CT – For the second year in a row, volunteers with The KBE Foundation took part in the Habitat for Humanity Playhouse Build, providing a greater Hartford-area family with a new playhouse.
This year, nine employees from KBE Building Corporation and Elite Construction Resources gathered at Habitat’s Re-Store in Bloomfield to donate their time, effort, and creativity to the cause. Together, the KBE team built a playhouse from scratch according to the children’s wishes. The volunteers also painted and decorated the playhouse.
The foundation also provided toys and other items to add to the playhouse. Representatives of KBE Building Corporation say the young girl who received the playhouse was thrilled and the volunteers had a great time coming together to help the community.
