Cambridge, MA – Nano Terra has relocated from 50 Soldiers Field Place in Brighton to 12,972sf of lab/office space at 735-737 Concord Ave. in Cambridge.
Avison Young announced that it has successfully brokered the move on behalf of Spinelli Commercial Properties.
Constructed as a single-story lab space, the building provides two 4-foot and two 6-foot fume hoods, a water-purification system, and a waste-treatment system. Additionally, tenants of the building have access to an abundance of nearby amenities, including the Fresh Pond Shopping Center, diverse restaurants, and public transportation.
Avison Young principal Jack Kerrigan, along with Colin Whitney, an associate in the Boston office, represented the landlord, Spinelli Commercial Properties. Cushman & Wakefield represented Nano Terra in the transaction.
