Middletown, CT – Risoli Planning and Engineering (RPE) has recently joined AI Engineers, Inc. (AIE).
AIE has regional offices in N.Y., Mass., R.I., Va., and Pa. with additional services in W.Va., S.C., Mont., Maine, and Fla.. RPE serves commercial, residential, and municipal clients in Conn. and the greater NYC area with civil, site, planning, survey, building engineering as well as construction management services. RPE has over 45 years of experience delivering these services, with expertise in local and municipal processes for design and construction projects. RPE will operate in the N.Y.-N.J.-Conn. marketplace as “Risoli Planning and Engineering, Division of AI Engineers” and maintain its office in Greenwich, Conn.
This acquisition allows for both companies to combine technical capabilities in civil, site, water/wastewater, transportation, bridges, building systems (MEP/FP), survey, and construction management/inspection with the geographic reach, new technologies, and financial resources of AIE.
