Mercury Systems Expands Design & Manufacturing Space at Campanelli Building

DSC00584Braintree, MA –  Campanelli, a full-service development, construction management and acquisition company today announced that Mercury Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRCY) has expanded their design and manufacturing space at 267 Lowell Road in Hudson, New Hampshire, signing a lease for the final 28,000 square feet of vacant space. Mercury is a best-of-breed provider of commercially developed, open sensor and Big Data processing systems for critical commercial, defense and intelligence applications. Transwestern RBJ’s Jamey Lipscomb and John Wilson represented Mercury Systems, while Cushman & Wakefield’s Thomas Farrelly, Denis Dancoes and Sue Ann Johnson represented Campanelli in the transaction.

Mercury initially leased 72,000 square feet of space at 267 Lowell Road in July 2013 that includes 12,000 square feet of clean room space. The building features extremely sophisticated infrastructure including electronic secure airlock doors, massive electrical power and specialized process water piping. Campanelli utilized its in-house construction arm, Campanelli Construction to make turn-key renovations to the office, R&D and clean room space customized for Mercury’s needs.

Mercury celebrated the grand opening of its new AMC on Friday, April 18, 2014. New Hampshire Governor Maggie Hassan and representatives from the offices of United States Senators Kelly Ayotte (R) and Jeanne Shaheen (D) attended the ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by Mercury President and CEO Mark Aslett, along with other senior Mercury executives.
