Beverly, MA – Acculab Measurement Standards Laboratory has leased 6,100sf at 48 Dunham Ridge, a Cummings Properties-managed business and technology center in Beverly. The instrument calibration company will relocate in April from Cherry Hill Drive in Danvers to its new custom-built space.

Acculab provides calibration, instrument repair, and compliance metrology services for test equipment used in life sciences and medical manufacturing.
Cummings Properties vice president, Steve Drohosky, and CBRE executive vice president, Mike Ripp, worked with Cushman & Wakefield associate, Shayne O’Neil, on the transaction.
Among the campus’ current occupants are Microline Surgical, New England Biolabs, spmd, System 7 Wolfers, and Harmonic Drive.
Lab space
According to Cummings Properties business development officer, Michelle Paul, Cummings’ in-house design and construction teams recently completed a custom buildout of the space, which includes HVAC service to accommodate tight environmental control, and interior and exterior upgrades to allow for direct shipping and receiving access.
Dunham Ridge is a 54-acre business and technology campus currently under development. When Cummings Properties acquired the site in late 2011, it had just one building and one 10,000sf occupant. Since then, Cummings has built an expansive campus with 500,000 leasable square feet as well as multi-level covered and surface parking.
