Nashua, NH – KBE Building Corp. has completed construction of Nashua’s newest Pier 1 Imports store.
KBE served as general contractor for the $1.04 million project, which encompassed the demolition of the existing Michael’s store at 226 Daniel Webster Highway, new construction of the 9,000sf Pier 1 Imports store, and 2,035sf of additional space.
Designed by Weber & Associates, the scope included new electric, plumbing, ductwork, and HVAC; new sign and storefront; new dividing walls; and tenant finishes.
