Sean Lepore
Boston – Kaplan Construction recently announced that Sean Lepore has been promoted to project manager.
His portfolio as a Kaplan superintendent includes renovations and restoration of Congregation Kehillath Israel; site improvements for athenahealth’s master plan expansion; fit-outs for Bright Horizons, Tufts Medical Center, and Genzyme Corporation; and the historic rehab and adaptive reuse of 2101 Washington Street, soon home to 30 apartment units with ground floor retail space.
He is currently the project manager for the 73,000sf interior renovation for 40 Berkeley, a hotel/hostel hybrid in Boston’s historic South End.
He was formerly a superintendent with Turner Construction.
