EMD topping off
Billerica, MA – JLL Construction and EMD Serono held a topping-off ceremony recently for EMD Serono’s Sagamore building expansion project on the company’s Billerica campus.
JLL has been providing general contracting services for the expansion that will span more than 30,000sf.
The $12 million project began in June and is expected to be complete in the summer of 2017. Once complete, the facility will accommodate approximately 120 employees whose focus will be on innovation in oncology and immunology.
