Industry leaders Dan Collins and Greg Tanner join Avison Young in Boston

Boston – Rick Kimball, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the company’s Boston office, reentry announced that leading commercial real estate brokers Dan Collins and Greg Tanner, along with their administrative coordinator, Christina Lambertson, have joined the firm in Boston.

Effective immediately, Collins joins Avison Young as a Senior Vice-President, Tanner becomes a Senior Associate and Lambertson will serve as an Administrative Coordinator. The team will continue to focus on its specialties of landlord and tenant representation in the downtown Boston office market. All three join Avison Young from NAI Hunneman, a full-service real estate brokerage in Boston.

Collins brings to Avison Young nine years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on the downtown Boston market. Prior to joining Avison Young, he served as a Vice-President at NAI Hunneman. A Raynham, MA native, Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston College where he was a member of the  varsity football team. Prior to his career in real estate, he played football with the Dallas Cowboys and Rhein Fire, Dusseldorf, Germany’s NFL Europe team. Collins is an active supporter of the Life is good Kids Foundation, a public charity that envisions a world where all children grow up feeling safe, loved and joyful. The charity partners with professionals and specialists who dedicate their lives to helping children overcome poverty, violence and illness. In 2013, Collins was recognized by the Boston Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree for his achievements both professionally and philanthropically.

Tanner brings eight years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. Prior to joining Avison Young, he served as a member of NAI Hunneman’s downtown team, focusing his efforts on landlord and tenant representation in the Boston market. Tanner previously worked at Trammell Crow, where he represented a variety of clients throughout Greater Boston. A Wellesley, MA native, Tanner holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, where he was also a member of the varsity football team. He is currently a member of the Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association.

Lambertson previously served as a marketing assistant at NAI Hunneman where she provided administrative support, graphic design and production coordination for a team of Boston and Cambridge office brokers. A Fall River, MA native, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Suffolk University.

Over the past five years, Avison Young has grown from 11 to 57 offices and from 300 to more than 1,500 real estate professionals across Canada, the U.S., and in Europe. Avison Young’s New England region now comprises 60 real estate professionals.
