Brian D. Horton
Clinton, CT – Pelletier Construction Management (PCM) announced that Brian D. Horton has joined the firm as executive vice president of development.
In his role, Horton will work closely with PCM’s clients and developers to provide both approved development sites and the highest level of customer service to the firm’s construction management clients.
Horton has been a part of the AEC industry for the past 43 years and has worked with prominent design and construction firms. He also volunteers his time and sits on the board of several notable organizations in the greater Hartford area.
