Watertown, MA – Elan Union Market, designed by The Architectural Team, Inc., of Chelsea, is a new mixed-use, multifamily development composed of 282 units and more than 10,000sf of retail space, creating a new retail hub in the heart of Watertown.
The development serves as a new design and guideline standard for Watertown and features an elegant elevated glass bridge connecting the two main buildings.
The project will break ground in April and is located approximately two miles from Bell Watertown, an 11.6-acre, 155-unit multifamily community also designed by TAT.
