Lexington, MA – John Turner Consulting (JTC) is providing materials testing, special inspections, and field observations for several projects in the town of Lexington:
- Maria Hastings Elementary School Replacement – This $63M project features a three-story 110,000-sft facility to replace the current school building.
- Fire Station Replacement – A $19M fire station to help keep firefighters safe and prepared with a new training platform and tower.
- New Children’s Place – A $10.4M 19,000-sft new facility with plenty of classrooms, specialized and flexible spaces, and administration areas.
JTC’s scope of services included testing and inspection of the following: soils, concrete, grout, floor flatness, structural steel, and rebar.
