Construction Firm Announces New Appointments

Boston – Commodore Builders announced that Marcia Carlson has been named as a senior project manager for its institutional group, Brandt Wajda has been named project executive for the company’s strategic projects group, and Rob Finucci has been appointed to the newly-established position of senior project planner.

Prior to joining Commodore Builders, Carlson worked as a senior project manager at Columbia for nine years. Before that, she was a project manager at A.J. Martini. Over the course of her career, she has built a wide range of projects from the renovation and addition of a studio on the Harvard campus, to the historic restoration of Pearson Hall at Phillips Academy and more. Carlson brings 20 years of relevant experience to her new position.

Wajda worked at NEI General Contractor where he held the roles of senior project manager and project executive. Before that, he was a project manager at Consigli Construction, a land development services engineer at Toll Brothers, and a project engineer/surveyor at Guerriere & Halnon, Inc.  Wajda has experience in contract execution, project pricing, and subcontractor procurement, to maintaining schedules and relationships with owners, architects, and partners, and more.

Finucci brings over 20 years of experience to his new role. Finucci served as an operations manager for Shawmut Design and Construction, where he worked on projects on the West Coast. Before that, he served as a senior project manager and expanded his portfolio of projects to include a range of retail, hotels, sports venues and restaurants. He brings over 20 years of experience to his new role.
