Holliston, MA – Colantonio Inc. welcomes Safety Manager Mark Goodale, Estimator Lawrence Broderick II, and Assistant Superintendents Andre Galvao, Jr. and Jonathan Belmore to its staff.
Goodale joins the firm with six years of experience with all applicable health and safety regulations, best practices, and contractor safety requirements for high-risk work environments. He develops, implements, and inspects Colantonio’s comprehensive safety programs and provides onsite training as needed.
Broderick brings 30 years of construction sales, development and estimating experience, including accurate takeoffs, budgeting, contracting purchasing and invoicing, with a focus on multi-family housing. He also has knowledge of building materials, millwork, and custom kitchen and bath design. Broderick currently focuses on preconstruction services for the firm’s affordable housing projects.
Galvao has eight years of experience in real estate management and construction project oversight. His background includes negotiation, preconstruction, permitting, building inspections, and drafting. Galvao is working on the McCormack Building Immediate Needs Project for Massachusetts’ Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance.
Belmore brings eight years of work in construction project management and site supervision. His experience includes heavy highway work on state agency projects and new vertical construction for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Belmore is currently renovating the occupied Roosevelt Low-Rise Apartments for the Cambridge Housing Authority.
