Bethesda, MD – In conjunction with National Apprenticeship Week, NECA and four other premier national construction specialty-contracting associations launched the Construction Employers of America (CEA), a joint initiative to coordinate action on construction, workforce, and labor issues facing their industries.
The group is made up of MCAA, SMACNA, NECA, the Int’l Employers of Bricklayers, and the Association of Union Constructors. The group will focus on issues of apprenticeship, training, quality, and procurement.
