Newly signed tenants represent 169,170sf of leased space, and the renewed tenants collectively occupy over 61,352sf.

C-4 Analytics, an automotive digital marketing services firm, has signed a new lease at 701 Edgewater Dr. in Wakefield. The 40,520sf five and a half year lease was brokered by Chip Batchelder of Wyman Street Advisors on behalf of Hobbs Brook Management. Chris Decembrele of JLL represented C-4 Analytics.
Narragansett Bay Insurance Company, a specialty underwriter of homeowners’ insurance products and services in states along the Eastern Seaboard, has signed a new 28,098sf, 10 1/2 year lease at 1301 Atwood Ave. in Johnston, RI. Peter Hayes at Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services served as the broker for Hobbs Brook Management and Karl Sherry at Hayes & Sherry represented Narragansett Bay Insurance Group.
Lease Renewals/Extensions
Applied Marketing Science (AMS), a market research and consulting firm that specializes in providing market research, has renewed its existing lease of 7,996sf for 11 years at 303 Wyman St. in Waltham and also expanded its office by 3,227sf. Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, a national provider of clinical home care for medically fragile children, has renewed its lease at 701 Edgewater Dr. in Wakefield for 13,487sf, which also includes an expansion on the original lease of 2,281sf for five years.
