Norwalk, CT – To celebrate KBE Building Corporation’s selection of Norwalk for its third corporate office — and to officially welcome the $300 million firm to town — the city of Norwalk hosted a fanfare ribbon cutting on Sept. 15 at 200 Connecticut Ave.

Attendees included Norwalk Mayor Harry W. Rilling; Congressman Jim Himes; KBE president, CEO, and principal owner, Mike Kolakowski; and KBE vice president of business development, Allan Kleban.

“Having completed so many projects in Fairfield County over the years, we knew that was where we needed to open our third corporate office,” said Kolakowski.

KBE has completed more than $140 million in construction volume in Fairfield County since 2009. Markets include senior living, K-12 schools, retail, and higher education.
