Earth Brands new headquarters
Waltham, MA – Bowdoin Construction recently completed the 20,000sf fitout of Earth Brand’s new headquarters at 41 Seyon Street in Waltham.
The new space, designed by LaFreniere Architects, includes offices with glass walls, open-office workstations, a mezzanine with glass railing system, conference rooms, server room, café, copy room, reception area, and bathrooms.
Work included the installation of sliding glass doors/walls, new LED lighting, HVAC systems, high-gloss epoxy floors, wood flooring, metal pan stairs, and a Garaventa vertical lift.
