Boston team oversees office build-out for RAGE Frameworks relocation

Boston – Avison Young  has  provided project management services in the construction of three new office spaces at 3 Allied Drive in Dedham, MA on behalf of RAGE Frameworks, which relocated to the 15,500-square-foot space from 200 Lowder Brook Drive in Westwood, MA.

The Avison Young team led by Mark Silva, project manager, and Mike Callahan, general superintendent, provided general contracting services overseeing carpentry, electric services and flooring renovations.

“This office expansion is key for RAGE as the company continues its strategic growth,” comments Silva. “Working closely with the client to understand its needs made this a collaborative effort resulting in exceptional office space. Avison Young has previously managed other successful projects at this location and we are pleased to be continuing our relationship with the landlord, Normandy Real Estate Partners.”

Comprising 158,929 square feet, 3 Allied Drive is located between the Route 128/Mass Pike Interchange and the I-93/Route 3 split. Notably, the building is connected to the Dedham Hilton Hotel, providing tenants with a full-service fitness center complete with an indoor pool, racquetball/tennis courts, conference facilities, and multiple fine dining options. Furthermore, 378 designated parking spaces are available for tenants at 3 Allied Drive, with an additional 342 spaces shared with the hotel.

‘We engaged Avison Young for a time-sensitive move and expansion, and we are pleased with the quality and timeliness of the team’s work. Their professionalism and attention to detail are reflected throughout the new office space,” adds Lori Kelly, office manager at RAGE Frameworks.
