Boston – The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. (Bulfinch) announced that Bulfinch AVP of investments, Josh Cohen, participated in a virtual Q&A session on digital transformation in commercial real estate during Unissu’s RE:Connect’s March virtual global summit on innovation in the built environment.

The session titled, “Real World CRE Tech: A Masterclass in Adoption with Bulfinch” was streamed live online on March 17.

The Q&A was hosted by Millie Lewis, head of customer success at Coyote Software with the conversation focused on Bulfinch’s onboarding and usage of the Coyote Software platform by its investment team for monitoring deal pipelines, maximizing revenue streams, and creating tenancy reports.

Bulfinch launched Coyote in July 2020, and the software added value by providing team members in different locations access to critical information quickly and easily. Having Coyote’s web-based pipeline management system has allowed Bulfinch to communicate efficiently and in an organized manner as a distributed workforce.

The Coyote platform allows the entire Bulfinch team to utilize pipeline data to log as well as track and access transaction information from any device through the platform’s web interface or mobile app. This has removed barriers that previously blocked access to internal networks for team members working remotely.
