Josh Berman
Boston – Marcus Partners announced that Josh Berman has been elevated to principal, director of construction.
As a principal, Berman participates in driving the direction of the firm in addition to his responsibilities related to construction and industrial development efforts.
He joined Marcus Partners in 2017 and has played a role in the delivery of a number of industrial, life science, and multifamily assets. Highlights of his work include 900 Winter St., a 220,000sf life science headquarters for Alkermes in partnership with The Davis Companies, and Mio Weymouth, a 237-unit multifamily development in partnership with John M. Corcoran & Company.
