Avison Young (Project Management team) has released a time lapse video of their work at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. The one minute video shows the entire construction process of the state-of-the-art medical building that was completed under one year from construction.
The two-story, 50,000sf medical office building is located at the Concord Meadows Office Park in Concord, MA. Construction was complete in mid 2013.
Avison Young provided early development services for this project, including developing budgets and schedules, coordinating and monitoring all consultant activities during the design phase, and managing the permitting and approvals process. The firm also acted as Owner’s Representative to Normandy Real Estate Partners during the preconstruction and construction phases of this project.
