Quincy, MA – City Realty Group announced that 1515 Hancock Street, a Class A office building located in the heart of Quincy Center, has reached a 90% leased status. The property was acquired with an initial occupancy of 45% in 2022.
City Realty Group recently welcomed three new tenants: Regus, a serviced coworking space provider; Bailamos Dance Studio; and The Alley, a national bubble tea franchise.

1515 Hancock, with its 140,000sf of Class A office space, is located steps away from the MBTA Red Line station.
