Kristopher Yetman
Boston – The Davis Companies (TDC) announced that Kristopher Yetman has joined the firm as vice president of development.
In this newly created role, Yetman will be involved with early-stage pre-development activities such as project originations and acquisitions, underwriting and entitlements, conceptual design and budgeting of a broad range of asset classes of the companies’ growing ground-up and redevelopment portfolio.
Yetman joins The Davis Companies with more than 15 years of combined experience in real estate development and construction management. He most recently served as senior development director at Benchmark Senior Living in Waltham.
