Shrewsbury, MA – Casa Builders and Developers announces its Wyman Farms development has received a 2020 PRISM Award and was named Best Multi-Unit For-Sale Community: Attached or Detached by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
PRISM award entries were judged on overall conceptual plan, interior layouts, and exterior elevations. Wyman Farms consists of 26, newly-constructed, duplex-style homes, all designed for the 55+ demographic. Wherever possible, Casa Builders eliminated extra steps into the home and provided attached garages to further accommodate an aging homeowner. Wyman Farms incorporates open-concept floorplans; all case openings that do exist in the homes are wheelchair accessible; and the first-floor bathroom has a wheelchair-accessible shower.
