Windover Adds Three More to Staff: New hires put company 50% ahead of last year

Colleen Browning has joined Windover as Director of Business Development & Sales. She has more than 20 years experience selling solution based services. Colleen grew a large financial institutions’ monthly revenue from $35,000 to $340,000 over an 18-month period and negotiated global Master Services Agreements with Fortune 500 & Fortune 1000 companies. She has a BS in entrepreneurial studies from Babson College and lives in Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA.

Hannah Ginley joins the Windover team as executive assistant to the president. She comes to Windover with over 15 years experience as an office manager and executive assistant at some of the most recognizable educational and high-end design and service companies in Massachusetts. She was most recently administrative manager at the Harvard Business School’s Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness for Professor Michael E. Porter. A resident of Topsfield, MA, Ginley has a BA in psychology from Boston University.

Neil Dooney is now a member of Windover’s team as project superintendent. Neil has 12 years experience in all aspects of residential and commercial construction and ran his own residential building and restoration firm in West Cork, Ireland. His company did restoration work for the Carlton Hotel in Kinsale, Co. Cork and redevelopment of Castlemartyr Mansion (historic listed property) in Co. Cork. Neil completed his apprenticeship with the New England Union of Carpenters and Joiners. He has a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Vermont and resides in Pepperell, MA.
