For more than two years, Stephanie Geery has been a driving force at DEW Construction, working seamlessly between active jobsites and the firm’s Manchester, N.H. office. As a project engineer, she brings technical expertise, strong collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to excellence to every project she supports.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Vermont State University (formerly Vermont Technical College) and a Master of Arts in construction project management from Southern New Hampshire University. She also maintains a 30‑Hour OSHA Safety Certification, underscoring her commitment to safe and responsible jobsite practices.

Stephanie works closely with project managers and superintendents to plan, organize, and execute complex construction projects. Her role spans all phases of construction—from coordinating resources and tracking schedules to maintaining cost controls, quality standards, environmental protections, and client satisfaction. Known for her ability to anticipate challenges, she consistently develops thoughtful, effective solutions.
