Marlborough, MA – Universal Window and Door recently announced the appointment of Andrew J. Dudka to vice president of operations. He brings 30 years of operational and management experience in manufacturing environments for a number of global firms, including Thermo Electron/Fisher Scientific, Teradyne Connection Systems, and Hayward Industries.
Dudka comes to Universal from The Brickle Group as senior director of operations. His manufacturing experience includes stints within the textile, medical device, high-tech, capital equipment, and consumer electronics industries. He will be responsible for all facets of operations at Universal.
