ULI Boston Opens Pathways to Inclusion Application

Boston – The Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Boston/New England announced that the 2023 Boston Pathways to Inclusion is now accepting applications through August 30.

The Pathways to Inclusion Initiative is designed to broaden ULI membership and expand the professional networks of minority developers and land use professionals. The program will provide up to 20 individuals of color an annual membership to ULI Boston/New England, and registration for attendance at the 2023 ULI Fall Meeting in Los Angeles.

The mission of the Urban Land Institute is to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide. The Pathways to Inclusion initiative is designed to increase participation of groups who are underrepresented in the land use and real estate sectors, defined as being of African American/African, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, Middle Eastern, and/or Asian descent.

“ULI recognizes the inequities within our industry and is devoted to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the commercial real estate and land use sectors,” said Tim Moore, manager of ULI Boston/New England and former participant of the program. “For the fifth year running, the Pathways to Inclusion program will provide opportunities to those why may not have been given the chance before. We look forward to reviewing applications and selecting this year’s members.”

Beyond attendance at ULI Fall Meeting, the program will provide a minimum of four cohort gatherings during the one-year program to foster connections with other cohort members as well as key Boston real estate leaders.
