Jeremy Belanger
Natalia Kulchitskaya
Bedford, NH – TFMoran announced that Jeremy Belanger, senior project engineer for TFMoran, and Natalia Kulchitskaya recently passed the Professional Engineer exam and are now licensed civil engineers in the state of New Hampshire.
Belanger joined TFMoran’s civil engineering department in 2015. His work experience includes civil/site design and infrastructure design, as well as regulatory permitting and approvals for residential, commercial, industrial, municipal and energy projects.
Kulchitskaya joined TFMoran’s structural engineering team in 2016. Her structural design experience includes steel and timber commercial and industrial buildings, and concrete foundations.

Belanger has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and a Master of Science in civil engineering (water resources) from the University of New Hampshire.
Kulchitskaya has a master’s in civil/structural engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and a master’s in applied mathematics and mechanics from Lomonosov State University in Moscow.
