Topping Off Held for 245 Fifth Avenue Development

Waltham, MA – J. Calnan & Associates (JC&A) announced the successful completion of the topping-off ceremony at 245 Fifth Avenue.

Distinguished guests, including Waltham City Mayor Jeannette A. McCarthy, city officials, and project partners such as Anchor Line Partners, Northwood Investors, Perkins & Will, McNamara Salvia, NV5, Paul Finger and Associates, and subcontractors, joined JC&A in commemorating the placement of the final steel beam on June 27.

The milestone marks a step forward in the development of 245 Fifth Avenue. Upon completion, the ground-up project will encompass 262,000sf, featuring six floors of cutting-edge lab and office space, along with three levels of underground parking.

The property features 227,000sf of future lab space with 42,000sf floorplates. Additionally, there will be 18,000sf of amenity space, a food truck hall, and flexible space.
