Three Professionals Earn SHCM Designation from NAHMA

Braintree, MA — Three property management professionals have earned the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association, which certifies the knowledge, experience, and competence required to manage properties developed and operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.

Kimberly Lanzillo of Saugus is a roving recertification specialist in the corporate office. Katelynn Lemieux of East Boston is senior portfolio manager of the North Shore CDC and Lawrence Community Works. Michael Tardibuono of Brighton is property manager at Anchors Weigh and 375 Broadway, both in Chelsea.
